Mac or Windows?

Since Apple was created and is having a big success, most people wonder about which computers that are best between Macs or Windows PCs.
It's really interesting how some people tried Mac and thought that there's a huge difference and they are definitely sticking to the Apple side.
On the other hand, there are some people that decided to be loyal with their classic computers, Windows, also because they are more affordable.
In this post I'm going to compare two articles that talk about some different aspects of Macs and Windows PCs. Both sources compare the products, but from other points of view, so I'm going to take information from both and adapt it to mine.

Both sources agree that Apple computers run multiple operating systems besides OS X, like Windows, Linux, etc. For those who are used to the Windows operating system can use a Mac and won't feel any difference, just the visual design part where Apple wins, Mac are considered the best looking computers in stores.
Apple products are expensive but have a good resale value.
One of the main reasons the people that are following Apple is because Macs barely get viruses. This is an important detail at the moment of buying a computer because if you are working and the screen blocks all the time and doesn't work, that will make you mad and also waste your time.
Sometimes, I'm talking about my own experience, you can loose information, and all because of the virus.

In the other side, the sources I used talk about Windows PCs being affordable, their large selection you can choose from as well as the manufacturer.
They have a good backwards compatibility, so if you have an old computer and you install Windows 7, it will probably work.
With Windows PCs you can choose the design, case, motherboard, etc. at the moment of buying one.
They also have a lot of compatible accessories.

Focusing on the similarities, both work great with the products of the company. The appearance on screen and the way to use the operating systems are similar.

On the contrary, the articles contained more differences than similarities. For example, the designs, Apple has better designs, more elegant, even though the PCs' aren't bad either.
Windows are more affordable than Macs.
Macs won't get as much viruses as PCs, so basically you don't need maintenance.
These also run other operating systems besides OS X, but PCs just run Windows.
One of the sources says: "If you want to have a combination of Mac and PC, a Mac is your best option".

Even though both sources at the end agree that they prefer PCs, I don't.
In my opinion Apple is better because of the design, they barely get viruses, it's easier to use, and despite of the price, it's worth it.
