Bye bye

After all the posts about Steve Jobs, hope you enjoyed and learned because this is the last one.
I'm going to talk about what I learned, the challenges and rewards of making this blog.

His Life and Companies
I learned about his childhood, the start of his businesses, like Apple, etc.
I didn't know, for example, that the reason why Apple is called Apple is because that's his favorite fruit, or also that he sold Pixar to Disney.
It's very interesting all the things you can learn from this.

Technology
With my fourth post I found out some tips to make any iDevice battery live longer, at first I didn't know what to do in this How-To post but I found this and it was successful I think, I had two comments on that post. With my third post, some interest aspects about the iPhone 5.

Compare
In my eighth post I compared Mac and Windows and that was hard because I couldn't find any article just about Mac and another one just about Windows, which surprised me because that's a very spoken topic... So I had to mix the information from two sources that compared both systems. Then, I expected to read that Mac is better than Windows, but both articles agreed that Windows was better for them, and affordable, which I agree but even tough I think it's worth it.

Writing and "Creative" Title
Writing in English without plagiarizing because once I find the information in Google, it's hard to change the words and sentences without changing the meaning, but that's why we learned how to paraphrase which helped me a lot.
Also, I didn't know how to do a creative title, so my titles were very simple.

Find Legal Pictures
I didn't know about the copyrights of the pictures online so it was interesting to learn how to copyright free photos legally and which web pages provide these.

Paraphrase
This was very helpful, learning how to find the main idea of a text and put a passage in my own words instead, without changing the meaning. Thanks to this, I improved in my writing as well as the format and organization like introduction, the main text, conclusion...
Now I know the difference between paraphrasing, summarizing and quoting.

I hope you enjoyed this blog as much as I did. Thank you for taking your time reading it.
